Richmond Interiors Hampton Mid Century Travertine Oval Dining Table 92''

Hampton Mid Century Travertine Oval Dining Table 92'' brings the revolutionary design aesthetic popularised by Eero Saarinen's iconic Tulip Table from the 1950s into your modern home with its striking oval silhouette. This 6 Seater Oval Dining Table showcases the classic Tulip Dining Table form that eliminated traditional table legs in favour of a sculptural pedestal base. The generous oval travertine top measures 92" x 40", providing excellent space for family dining and entertaining whilst maintaining the sleek profile that defines Mid Century Dining Table design. The natural travertine surface displays beautiful limestone patterns with organic textures and subtle colour variations that make each Travertine Dining Table unique. The robust 149.8kg construction ensures exceptional stability, whilst the powder-coated black iron base creates a bold contrast against the warm beige stone. Saarinen's original Tulip Dining Table design revolutionised furniture with its clean pedestal silhouette that eliminated the 'slum of legs' found under traditional tables. This Oval Dining Table captures that same sculptural quality with its graceful curves and confident proportions, whilst using the striking contrast between natural travertine and black iron to create visual impact. The pedestal design maximises legroom around the entire perimeter, making it perfect as a 6 Seater Dining Table. This Contemporary Dining Table works beautifully in both formal dining rooms and casual kitchen spaces. The Modern Dining Table aesthetic complements various interior styles, from minimalist homes to eclectic spaces that celebrate mid-century heritage. Part of Richmond Interiors' Hampton Collection, this Dining Room Table embodies the space-age optimism that defined 1950s American design. The flowing organic form and premium materials create a statement piece that transforms any dining area into a stylish entertaining space. The oval shape promotes better conversation flow than rectangular tables, making every meal feel more intimate and connected.
