Richmond Interiors Hampton Mid Century Travertine Round Dining Table 56''

Hampton Mid Century Travertine Round Dining Table brings iconic 1950s design into your contemporary home, following the design aesthetic popularised by Eero Saarinen's legendary Tulip Table from the 1950s. This 6 Seater Round Dining Table showcases the classic Tulip Dining Table silhouette that Saarinen created to eliminate the "slum of legs" under traditional tables. The smooth travertine top displays beautiful natural limestone patterns and subtle colour variations that make each piece unique. Measuring 140cm in diameter, this 6 Seater Dining Table provides ample space for family meals and entertaining guests. The sculptural black iron base pays homage to Saarinen's revolutionary pedestal design, creating a bold visual statement whilst offering exceptional stability. This Mid Century Dining Table eliminates traditional legs, creating the open, spacious feel that made the original Tulip Table so groundbreaking. The pedestal design allows chairs to be positioned freely around the table without awkward leg placement. Travertine's natural beauty shines through the organic surface textures and warm beige tones. This Travertine Dining Table requires minimal maintenance whilst developing character over time. The robust 120kg construction ensures long-lasting performance in busy family homes. The Modern Dining Table works beautifully across various interior schemes - from minimalist spaces to eclectic bohemian rooms. Its Contemporary Dining Table appeal stems from the perfect balance between organic natural materials and sleek industrial elements, echoing the innovative spirit of 1950s American design. Part of Richmond Interiors' Hampton Collection, this Round Dining Table embodies the space-age optimism that defined mid-century modernism. The flowing curves and confident proportions create a focal point that transforms any dining room into a stylish entertaining space.
